Easy as (R)PIE - Professional Development Lunch Meeting

Hear from an expert public relations panel on how to tackle and break down the R.P.I.E. – Research, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation – process to incorporate into your daily work. Our chapter will host the panel at its monthly professional development lunch at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 21, in the Dennis McGee Room at Daytona Beach International Airport. The session will be useful for skills to apply in the workplace, as a primer for those considering taking the APR (Accredited in Public Relations) exam, or seeking to enter the FPRA Golden Image Awards, which accepts applications April 19 - May 13 at fpra.org/recognition/golden-image-awards.

Register by noon April 18 at https://bit.ly/35zehz. Walk-ins are accepted for a $5 additional surcharge. Lunch is included in the cost of $30: members, $40: non-members, $15: students or $10 for virtual attendees. Masks may be required at the Daytona Beach International Airport

The panel will include Samantha Senger, APR, CPRC, Assistant to the City Manager/Public Information Manager, City of Cocoa; Laura Richeson, APR, principal, Richeson Communications and Chris Gent, APR, CPRC, Vice President of Professional Development for FPRA. The panel will be moderated by City of DeLand’s Community Information Manager Chris Graham, APR.
